Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

Canada

Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days

International Orders

Estimated delivery time: 7–18 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • carrier delays,
  • customs processing,
  • weather conditions,
  • or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email,
  • and a tracking number to follow your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

NeuroHear is not responsible for:

  • delays,
  • lost packages,
  • or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by customers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to shipping carriers or customs processing.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the damaged item,
  • and photos of the packaging.

Our support team will work quickly to resolve the issue.


International Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for:

  • customs duties,
  • import taxes,
  • or additional carrier fees depending on local regulations.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by NeuroHear.
